This “Make A Payment” button will open a new tab to The Mortgage Office, a third-party payment processing system. The Mortgage Office is a fast and secure payment processor and is the most convenient way to make your payment!
We have exciting news to share – our new Pioneer Payment Portal is now live! You will be able to schedule monthly payments using your bank routing and account number, or with your bank debit card. You can also view account specifics, such as:
- Unpaid principal balance
- Last payment made
- Next payment due
- Payment history
- Message & contact us electronically

You can access the Pioneer Payment Portal by visiting: www.pioneerrealtyok.com, and navigating to ‘Pay Online’, and then to ‘Land & Owner Finance’.
Your Password is the last four digits of the social security or tax identification number provided to us during the closing process.

There is no fee to use and access the Pioneer Payment Portal; however, there is a small transaction fee should you use the portal to make your online payments. As a reminder, you can save time and money on stamps and gas by using our Online Payment Service, which will allow you to make your monthly payments online each month.
If you pay using your bank routing and account number, there is a one-time $0.50 transaction fee added to the total payment (That’s less than a first-class postage stamp!).
If you pay using your debit card, there is a 2.49% + $0.30 transaction fee added to the total payment.
We currently accept one-time ACH payments using your checking or savings account, or we will accept payments made with a debit card. We do not accept credit cards.
After successfully logging into the Pioneer Payment Portal, select ‘Make a Payment’ under the ‘Payment Information’ section on the ‘Account Overview’ page.
Payments will be credited to your account as of the day you submit the payment. However, it may take 5-7 business days for the payment to reflect on your account history.
No, we must receive individual payments for each account. However, you can now link your accounts together through the Pioneer Payment Portal and easily schedule individual payments for each account.
Yes, multiple accounts associated with the same owner can now be linked together. To link multiple accounts, follow the steps below:
1. From the ‘Overview’ page, drop down the ‘Account Selection’, and select ‘Manage Account’.
2. In the ‘Currently Linked Accounts’ section, select ‘Link Account’.
3. Enter the assigned ‘User ID’ and ‘Password’. Once complete, the accounts should now be linked together for ease of access through a single sign-on.
Contact information can be verified on the home screen of the Pioneer Payment Portal once you’ve successfully logged in. If a change is required with your contact information, please let us know by:

The Reserve Balance is money that has been received by us; however, the amount has not been applied. Generally, this results from us receiving less than a full monthly payment. Once enough money has been received to post a full monthly payment, the money will be applied to the account.
